We are a team that prides itself on delivering an elite level of fitness to our clients while building a community of athletes. We look forward to meeting you and helping you attain your athletic goals and/or discovering your inner athlete.
We deliver multiple avenues for achieving your fitness goals. We currently offer CrossFit Classes and Basic Training Classes (BTC) to our members. The bulk of our workouts use functional movements such as dead lifts, squats, and presses to achieve strength, speed, agility, and stamina.
Our athletes’ training would not be complete without nutrition. We offer nutrition consultations where clients are provided with the tools necessary to promote a healthy lifestyle and achieve the best results.

Abrie received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Louisiana State University in 2006 and moved to Thomasville in 2007. Throughout her life, Abrie made several attempts at being athletic – she played basketball and was on the soccer team, but never felt like an athlete and certainly never felt competitive. She battled with her self-image and lacked confidence until she found CrossFit. Now she spends her time training like an athlete, lifting heavy weight, talking about nutrition, and sharing CrossFit with the local community.
Peter is a former NCAA Division 1 athlete who began swimming competitively at the age of six, trained at The Bolles School during high school, and was recruited to swim at UNC-Wilmington, where he competed on the men’s swim team in mid-distance and long-distance freestyle. After graduating in 2001 with a BA in parks and recreation he began teaching swim lessons and coaching a swim team.
Peter began his CrossFit journey with Thomasville CrossFit in 2012 after suffering a back injury. Doctors told him to lose weight and strengthen his core to avoid back surgery. By following CrossFit’s training methodologies and dialing in his nutrition, Peter not only avoided surgery and lost weight, but began
competing again in CrossFit. He loves what CrossFit has done for him and his wife’s overall health and fitness.
