The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)
3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Strict Pull-Ups (3 x max efforts)
Team Gymnasty (AMRAP – Reps)
15 minute AMREP
50x Chest to Bar Pull-ups
50x Toes to Bar
50x Handstand Push-ups
50x Box Jumps (24/20)
1 team member must be in forearm plank at all times when work is being done.
Scaled= Ring Row, Air Squat, Sit-ups, Push-ups, Box Jumps
