Tilapia Filets with Grilled Pineapple Salsa

During our 2013 Paleo Challenge, we asked our challenge participants to send in their new favorite recipes along with a couple of photos of their Paleo creation. This tasty recipe is courtesy of Jaime & Peter Wolsfelt, two of our Paleo Challenge winners!



  • 4 Tilapia Filets
  • ¼ of whole pineapple chopped
  • 2 jalapenos
  • ½ red onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • Olive oil

Grill chopped onions for 10 minutes with olive oil, then add jalapenos, and pineapple during the last four minutes. Place in a bowl. Combine lime juice, cilantro, and cumin. Set aside and keep warm. Grill tilapia filets for 6 – 8 minutes or until done. Top tilapia with grilled pineapple salsa. Enjoy!
