1.18.2013 Partner WOD!

4 rounds, 3 mins per station

  • Row (calories)

  • Plank Hold

  • Rest 1 minute between 3 minute rounds.

Partner A rows for calories while Partner B holds the plank position. Partner A must STOP rowing if Partner B breaks the plank position. After the 3 minute round, switch positions while resting for 1 minute. Each partner will row twice and plank twice. šŸ™‚

Keep score of calories rowed for each round. Total score is total number of calories rowed.
