Step 2: Learn the basics.
Sign up for our Foundations Course here! In this course, we teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit, discuss your goals and limitations, provide nutritional guidance, and introduce you to the CrossFit community!
This course is 1 week (5 days) long and starts every other Monday unless stated otherwise on our scheduling site. You must attend all 5 days consecutively or make arrangements with Nick or Abrie to complete any missed classes at another time.
Step 3: Join the community.
These classes last approximately 1 hour and are offered Monday – Friday at the following times:
Morning Classes – 5:30 AM 7:00 AM 8:00 AM
Afternoon Classes – 4:30 PM 5:30 PM 6:30 PM
